Kent is an enthusiastic conductor who loves music of a wide range of styles. He is the founder and conductor of the Hong Kong City Philharmonia, and he has conducted the Cecilian Singers, Hong Kong Wind Symphony, Standard Chartered Bank Choir, Hong Kong Catholic Cathedral Choir, and the Diocesan Choir - Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong.
